About the role

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at a leading electric‑vehicle automobile trading company in Kathmandu. The role involves managing reception activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk‑in customers and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and general inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain front‑desk operations, including scheduling and liaison with other departments.
  • Record customer interactions and showroom visits accurately.
  • Support sales and administrative teams with follow‑up and coordination tasks.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Provide up‑to‑date information about products and services.

Required profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
  • Good coordination, correspondence and organisational abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Experience in reception, front‑office or customer‑service roles is preferred.
  • Background in showroom, automobile, retail or service sectors is an advantage.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
