Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

About the role

Accenture is looking for a seasoned CRM Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of intelligent, enterprise‑grade solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure AI services. The role combines business strategy with hands‑on technical leadership to help clients reimagine customer engagement and automate processes using AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, ensuring scalability, performance and security.
• Design AI‑infused engagement scenarios using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Collaborate with enterprise and data architects to define integration patterns with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Develop and operationalise Generative AI applications, RAG pipelines and LLMOps workflows.
• Provide technical direction to onshore and offshore teams, overseeing CI/CD, environment management and release automation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Microsoft solution delivery experience, including 3–5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven track record delivering Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
