Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Wanaka store as a Customer Service Representative, providing end‑to‑end support for shoppers. You will help customers find the right products, resolve issues and ensure a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment queries, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Handle service repairs and sales inquiries.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Support various administrative tasks, including phone calls and paperwork.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and genuine interest in technology.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Experience using a point of sale (POS) system.
