About the role
Join Noel Leeming’s Wairau Park store as a Customer Service Representative, providing friendly, knowledgeable support to shoppers across a range of electronics and appliances. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions and resolve any issues they encounter.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with payment queries, hire‑purchase options and credit applications.
- Handle service‑repair enquiries and sales questions, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, both in‑store and over the phone.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, paperwork and follow‑up calls.
- Perform physical duties including lifting, climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Friendly phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner of computer systems and a genuine interest in technology.
- Team‑oriented attitude and pride in delivering memorable customer experiences.
Required skills
- Experience using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
