Casual Healthcare Assistant – Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our Eden community in Auckland on a casual basis. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of our residents while supporting a purpose‑driven, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to residents under the guidance of Registered Nurses.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following care standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving or a similar role.
• Genuine empathy for older adults and a compassionate nature.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
