About the role

Drive Now Motors is seeking an enthusiastic Car Sales & Finance Specialist to join our Auckland showroom. You will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to purchase a vehicle and secure financing, delivering a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and present suitable options.
• Prepare and negotiate finance proposals, liaise with lenders, and ensure compliance with all paperwork.
• Achieve monthly sales and finance targets through proactive prospecting and follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and financing products.
• Provide after‑sales support, fostering long‑term relationships and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing options and credit assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work on an uncapped commission structure.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced showroom.
