Branch Manager - Nelson

About the role

Anzor, a New Zealand owned supplier of stainless steel fasteners and fittings with 12 branches across the country, is looking for a Branch Manager for its Nelson branch. The role helps deliver the company's mission of fasteners fast and extreme customer service through strong leadership and management of the branch, building a collaborative, innovative and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on growing the West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough region
• Motivate high-performing sales and operations teams in an established branch
• Deliver on the brand promise of fasteners fast and extreme customer service
• Implement strategies, set goals and direction and lead the team
• Manage an engineering-focused customer base with regular out-of-town travel

Required profile

• Experienced, effective leader and manager with proven experience generating sales growth
• Comfortable delivering against revenue targets
• Clean and current New Zealand driver's licence
• Eligible to work in New Zealand
• Ideally fastener and industry knowledge
