Benefits Analyst

About the role

Vector is looking for a Benefits Analyst within its Digital & Data Business Readiness team, which brings together change, benefits, learning and development, organisational design and business analysis. This is a new role, so the exact title does not have to match: the focus is on turning strategic goals into clear, measurable benefits and building the evidence that shows whether they are being realised.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business owners and delivery teams to turn strategic goals into measurable outcomes and benefits.
• Help establish measures, baselines, ownership and evidence of value.
• Connect investment, delivery, readiness, adoption, outcomes and benefits.
• Use data and evidence to identify gaps, assumptions, dependencies and emerging risks.
• Turn complex information into clear insights that support decision-making.
• Coach and support business owners to own benefits beyond project delivery.
• Work across disciplines and help build practical benefits standards, tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• Background in benefits, business analysis, change, finance, portfolio analysis, performance, transformation or project delivery is useful.
• Ability to think critically, follow the evidence and turn outcomes into clear measures.
• Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative information and building trusted relationships.
• Curiosity, quick learner and able to thrive in an evolving, multidisciplinary team.
