Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
• Screen CVs and help shortlist suitable candidates
• Arrange interviews and support communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment data and assist with reporting
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Good communication skills with an interest in people and teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
