Associate Architect – Pacific Projects

About the role

Beca is seeking an Associate Architect to shape resilient, sustainable architecture across the Pacific. You will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, climate specialists and designers, taking projects from concept through delivery while engaging closely with clients and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from early concept to final construction, ensuring design intent aligns with real‑world needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate climate resilience and sustainability into designs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and community partners throughout the Pacific region.
• Travel within the Pacific as required to support project delivery and on‑site coordination.

Required profile

• A degree in Architecture with professional registration.
• Proven experience leading projects in a consultancy environment.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Confidence delivering projects from concept through to completion.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp (preferred).
• Familiarity with the International Building Code (IBC) is a plus.
