Assistant Store Manager – Manawa Bay Factory Outlet

About the role

adidas is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Manawa Bay Factory Outlet in Auckland on a full‑time basis. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding adidas’ brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Monitor performance data, analyse trends and implement adjustments to maximise commercial success.
• Oversee all retail operations, ensuring smooth store processes and a high‑standard visual presentation.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate inventory processing to ensure efficient stock‑to‑floor flow.
• Share best practices to continuously improve overall store performance.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales background with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed budgeted sales.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about sport and achievement.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and able to inspire others.
