About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to lead the growth of electric vehicle (EV) sales in Kathmandu. The role involves promoting EV products, managing client relationships and meeting sales targets across both retail and corporate segments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of passenger and commercial EV vehicles.
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and individual customers.
- Conduct product presentations, coordinate test drives and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams for lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
Required profile
- 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in automobile, EV or related sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Nepali.
- Ability to serve both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) customers.
- Target‑oriented mindset with solid presentation and client‑handling abilities.
- Experience with fleet, institutional or project‑based sales is a plus.
- Possession of a 4‑wheel driving licence is advantageous.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Sales reporting proficiency.
