Account Manager – Advertising & Media Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join Val Morgan Cinema’s advertising team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of agency clients, delivering cinema‑based advertising solutions, and contributing to revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, maintain and expand revenue‑generating relationships with agency partners.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose saleable cinema advertising solutions.
• Respond promptly to client briefs, ensuring solutions meet their objectives.
• Attend industry networking events to stay informed and generate new business.
• Negotiate and close deals in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, preferably in media or advertising.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Results‑driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing sales plans that exceed targets.
• Can‑do attitude, innovative thinking and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
