Account Executive – Remote (New Zealand)

About the role
Employment Hero is looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to expand its presence in New Zealand. Working remotely, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help SMEs adopt the company’s all‑in‑one HR, payroll and benefits platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, demos, presentations, negotiations and contract signing.
- Engage C‑suite executives and articulate the value of Employment Hero’s solution.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth hand‑off.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and consistently meet monthly quota targets.
- Keep Salesforce CRM data accurate and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales, including full‑cycle deal execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong appetite for learning, curiosity and a team‑oriented mindset.
