Team Support Manager – Hawkes Bay

About the role

Join one of New Zealand's largest self‑storage operators as a Team Support Manager in Hawke's Bay. You will work across multiple centres, providing front‑line customer service, phone sales and ensuring the sites are presented to a high standard. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to develop your sales and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent face‑to‑face customer service in store.
• Handle inbound phone sales and enquiries.
• Maintain property presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for each centre.
• Cover roster requirements across the North Island with appropriate notice.
• Support the opening of a new site scheduled for October.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience and a passion for customer service.
• Stable work history with the ability to work flexible rosters.
• Can‑do, constructive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager for personal development and able to work autonomously when needed.
