Strategic Key Account Manager

About the role

Yoogo Fleet is looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow a high‑value corporate fleet portfolio. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, translating insights into actionable solutions that drive fleet optimisation and renewal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate customers with 50–500 vehicles each.
• Develop proactive account plans ahead of renewals and key milestones.
• Act as the internal “voice of the customer” and external “voice of the business”.
• Ensure delivery against service level agreements and coordinate end‑to‑end solutions.
• Leverage data and insights (Power BI) to lift conversations and explore AI‑enabled working methods.
• Multi‑thread relationships across senior stakeholders including fleet, procurement, finance and executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior B2B account leadership in a corporate environment.
• Experience engaging C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial rigour with a focus on validation and execution.
• Analytical, insight‑driven approach within a Microsoft ecosystem.
• Curious, practical mindset for adopting smarter ways of working.
