About the role
Yoogo Fleet is looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow a high‑value corporate fleet portfolio. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, translating insights into actionable solutions that drive fleet optimisation and renewal outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate customers with 50–500 vehicles each.
- Develop proactive account plans ahead of renewals and key milestones.
- Act as the internal “voice of the customer” and external “voice of the business”.
- Ensure delivery against service level agreements and coordinate end‑to‑end solutions.
- Leverage data and insights (Power BI) to lift conversations and explore AI‑enabled working methods.
- Multi‑thread relationships across senior stakeholders including fleet, procurement, finance and executive leadership.
Required profile
- 5+ years of senior B2B account leadership in a corporate environment.
- Experience engaging C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.
- Strong commercial rigour with a focus on validation and execution.
- Analytical, insight‑driven approach within a Microsoft ecosystem.
- Curious, practical mindset for adopting smarter ways of working.
