Spa Therapist & Receptionist

About the role

Pullman Auckland is seeking a talented Spa Therapist who will also support reception duties in a luxury hotel environment. You will deliver high‑quality massage, facial and body treatments while creating lasting relationships with guests and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards.
• Build long‑term relationships with guests and ensure memorable experiences.
• Upsell spa services, products and other hotel outlets.
• Assist with reception and reservation tasks, including covering reception shifts and team breaks.

Required profile

• NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies.
• Experience working in a professional beauty environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
