About the role

As a Hotel Porter at Pullman Auckland, you will be the welcoming face of the lobby, embodying the brand’s progressive values through warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You will support guests throughout their stay by handling luggage, assisting with vehicle parking, and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests and visitors with charismatic warmth, creating a convivial atmosphere.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, becoming the go‑to person for guest inquiries.
• Assist with the transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and personal property.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested, ensuring safe and efficient service.
• Provide timely assistance and information about the hotel, city, and brand to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and both morning and night shifts.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and a polished, professional appearance.
• Physical fitness to lift at least 30 kg and handle luggage safely.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
