About the role

Join the front office team at Cordis Auckland as a Guest Services Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm Kiwi hospitality across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide personalised service to ensure each stay exceeds expectations.
  • Drive revenue through up‑selling and cross‑selling of hotel amenities.
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and prioritize their satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a similar guest‑service role is preferred, but training is provided.
  • Familiarity with a Property Management System (PMS) is a strong plus.
  • High level of English comprehension and impeccable personal grooming.
