About the role
Join the front office team at Cordis Auckland as a Guest Services Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm Kiwi hospitality across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Provide personalised service to ensure each stay exceeds expectations.
- Drive revenue through up‑selling and cross‑selling of hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and prioritize their satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar guest‑service role is preferred, but training is provided.
- Familiarity with a Property Management System (PMS) is a strong plus.
- High level of English comprehension and impeccable personal grooming.
