About the role

Genesis is re‑thinking its social media approach and is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager to lead the creation and execution of high‑impact campaigns. You will work in a collaborative, creative environment, partnering with brand, marketing, digital and wider business teams to amplify our strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated social media and content marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage engaging, insight‑driven content across video and static formats.
• Lead planning, coordination and on‑time delivery of campaigns within budget.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators and influencers to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Apply a test‑and‑learn methodology to optimise performance and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder engagement and brand alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of social media experience in a large corporate or agency setting supporting major brands.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end social campaigns and content initiatives.
• Deep understanding of compelling social content and audience resonance.
• Experience managing production of high‑quality video and social‑first assets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail and project‑management capability.
