Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing to shape and deliver brand strategy for our oncology portfolio across international markets, with a focus on Austria, Switzerland and Portugal. The role bridges global strategy and local market needs, ensuring relevance, practicality and insight‑driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of local brand marketing plans.
• Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Shape local brand strategy with input from global teams.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to align market approach.
• Drive execution of promotional activities across channels.
• Adapt global materials for local use while maintaining consistency.
• Plan and support congresses, HCP engagement and events.
• Manage budgets and track spend against priorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech brand marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss markets.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel 30‑40%.
• Oncology marketing experience, including immuno‑oncology and product launches, is preferred.
