About the role
This senior position leads the strategy, planning and execution of high‑impact experiential marketing programs for a global portfolio of in‑person events. You will work in a remote‑first environment, partnering with sales, customer success, partnerships and marketing teams to drive pipeline, accelerate deals and deepen customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end strategy, planning, execution and performance measurement of enterprise‑level experiential programs and events.
- Develop event‑driven pipeline generation tactics, including target account lists, opportunity goals, attendee engagement plans and post‑event follow‑up in collaboration with sales.
- Manage all event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts and budget oversight.
- Build integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships and content to attract high‑value accounts.
- Track and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, event ROI, attendance and deal acceleration.
- Partner cross‑functionally to align event goals, messaging and timelines with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design and marketing operations.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, campaign execution and operational efficiency.
- Serve as primary accountable owner for assigned events, proactively managing risks and stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing or demand generation, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale events that generate pipeline and influence revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize event performance.
- Comfortable leading complex projects in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
