Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Our client, a large infrastructure business with a national footprint, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to own the monthly FP&A and management reporting cycle. You will work within a specialist team, delivering analysis and reporting directly to the CFO and senior commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run the monthly management reporting cycle, producing end‑to‑end outputs.
• Provide timely, insightful analysis to support executive‑level performance discussions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and the broader planning and performance cycle.
• Partner with Business Unit and divisional finance teams on ad‑hoc analysis and reporting needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing reporting processes and systems.

Required profile

• CA qualified with 5+ years of experience, preferably with Big 4 training.
• Strong FP&A or management reporting background in a complex, multi‑entity or divisional environment.
• Self‑sufficient, able to manage competing priorities in a structured reporting environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with a financial planning tool beyond Excel (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Power BI experience (advantageous but not essential).
