About the role
Lenovo is looking for a commercially‑minded and analytically strong Sales Operations Specialist to support its New Zealand business across all segments. The role will enable growth by delivering data‑driven insights, accurate forecasting, operational excellence, and executive‑level reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the NZ CGM, segment leaders and operations teams to provide actionable commercial insights through dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Identify risks, trends, opportunities and performance drivers across the NZ market.
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance reporting cycles and support forecasting cadence, pipeline visibility and business rhythm processes.
- Develop and maintain sales, pipeline and market performance models for leadership decision‑making while ensuring data integrity across enterprise systems.
- Support annual operating planning, STAMP actions, QBRs, MBRs and strategic business reviews, including scenario modelling and business analysis.
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives, productivity tracking and performance improvement activities.
Required profile
- Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience translating complex business data into clear, executive‑ready insights.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record in sales performance reporting and forecasting.
