Recruitment Consultant – Accounting & Finance (360 Desk)

About the role

You will run a 360 desk focused on Accounting & Finance recruitment for both permanent and contract positions. The desk is warm with an established client base and pipeline, allowing you to start delivering results quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across the Accounting & Finance market.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from client brief to candidate placement.
• Deliver strong earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an agency recruiter.
• Proven ability to run a full 360 desk (sourcing, business development, client and candidate management).
• Solid knowledge of the Accounting & Finance sector.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven by results.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fun, collaborative, high‑energy team.
