Senior Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Christchurch office, focusing on manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and engineering roles. You will inherit a warm desk with established client relationships and a strong pipeline, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
• Source, assess, and place white‑collar candidates in technical and engineering positions.
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through effective candidate placement and commission generation.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share market insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting white‑collar roles in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering or related technical sectors.
• Strong track record of business development and successful candidate placements.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build and grow a desk independently.
• Professional, resilient and driven to succeed.
• Based in Christchurch or willing to relocate.
