About the role

As a Recruitment Advisor at Hato Hone St John, you will lead the attraction, sourcing and selection of talent that mirrors the diverse communities we serve. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding while upholding fair and inclusive recruitment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles and seniority levels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on selection methods and decision‑making.
• Utilise recruitment data and trends to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring compliance with best practice and organisational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment practitioner in large, complex organisations.
• Strong business‑partnering approach with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing insights to shape sourcing strategies.
• People‑centred, pragmatic and solutions‑focused with a commitment to inclusive hiring.
