Learning Manager

About the role

EY is seeking a Learning Manager to lead learning strategy and delivery for large‑scale technology transformations across New Zealand. You will design persona‑based learning experiences that enable frontline, operational and corporate teams to adopt new systems and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end learning design and delivery for enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Develop blended, persona‑focused learning solutions for diverse workforces, including low‑tech and time‑poor contexts.
• Manage complex change projects, providing advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce recommendations, reports and client presentations that drive successful people‑related initiatives.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, fostering their growth and learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering challenging projects across a range of organisations.
• Deep expertise in adult learning design for mixed workforces, including learners with language and literacy challenges.
• Strong judgment in identifying and resolving issues within people‑related projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Auckland or Wellington and hold a valid New Zealand driver’s licence and transport.
