Project Manager – Part‑time (APAC Customer Onboarding)

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Project Manager to lead the implementation of HSI Donesafe solutions for our largest and most strategic APAC clients. Reporting to the Director of Customer Onboarding, you will combine project delivery expertise with commercial insight to ensure successful, profitable deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to scope, cost, and draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for prospective clients.
- Lead the full project lifecycle for large‑scale, enterprise‑level implementations, defining scope, managing risks, and aligning delivery with client objectives and profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client and internal stakeholders, chairing governance meetings and providing transparent project updates.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate complex risks and issues; manage scope changes through formal Change Requests.
- Collaborate with product, development, and technical teams to design solutions and ensure timely system integrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
Required profile
- Seasoned professional with deep understanding of project management, especially in SaaS or cloud‑based solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to support pre‑sales activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level.
- Adaptability to balance competing priorities and drive project success.
