Delivery Lead - Infrastructure & Cyber

About the role

Vector is looking for a Delivery Lead to own a portfolio of cyber security and infrastructure initiatives that raise the company’s security posture, cut risk and boost service reliability. You will work across cyber projects, desktop endpoint upgrades and large‑scale infrastructure migrations, turning ambiguous requirements into clear, delivered outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cyber and infrastructure initiatives, from planning through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Run delivery cadences (refinement, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and adapt processes to each project’s needs.
• Coordinate across technical stakeholder groups, vendors and partners, ensuring clear communication and trust.
• Own progress reporting, risk and dependency management, and financial tracking for multiple projects.
• Support secure, well‑managed change into production and operational environments.
• Foster a supportive team environment and continuously improve delivery practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivery or project roles, with a track record of independently managing initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Experience delivering technology migrations; exposure to cyber security is a strong advantage.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities and work flexible hours to meet outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with highly technical teams and a pragmatic “get it done” mindset.
• Solid delivery discipline covering planning, reporting, risk management and momentum maintenance.
