About the role
The Pricing & Estimating Team Leader coordinates the preparation of accurate, competitive quotes for trade customers. Reporting to the Pricing and Estimating Manager, you will lead a team of estimators, ensure timely delivery of quotes and support continuous improvement of pricing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end quoting process, ensuring accuracy, margin targets and on‑time delivery.
- Review and load contract prices, report on variations and implement margin adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quoting issues.
- Train, mentor and develop the pricing team, delivering effective inductions and ongoing support.
- Identify and recommend improvements to quoting, pricing and contract procedures.
Required profile
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
- Excellent communication, time‑management and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
