About the role
Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation team is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support new Partners in Auckland or Wellington. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will ensure smooth daily operations, enable strategic initiatives, and help maintain a vibrant office culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage partners’ diaries, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and both internal and external events.
- Process expenses, handle invoicing, and support financial administration for the consulting team.
- Maintain business applications such as CRM and time‑tracking systems.
- Drive office culture initiatives and improve communication channels.
- Develop and maintain streamlined office systems to boost productivity.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other support team members across the organisation.
- Assist with event and meeting logistics, preparing materials and ensuring successful execution.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar personal or executive assistant role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and juggle competing demands.
- Client‑focused attitude and excellent communication at all levels.
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external working relationships.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, initiative‑taking mindset.
- Desire for continuous learning and taking on new challenges.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
