Operations Team Member

About the role

Join JB Hi-Fi’s Operations team and play a key part in keeping our stores running smoothly. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure stock is received, stored, and delivered efficiently, supporting both in‑store and online customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow operational process controls and safety procedures, especially safe product handling and equipment use.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive experience for customers.
• Maintain optimal back‑of‑house (BOH) space, organise stock flow and product storage.
• Handle order fulfilment for delivery and click‑and‑collect, including picking, packing, dispatch and responding to enquiries.
