Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Assistant to join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s online fulfilment team. In this role you will ensure that customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and safely, supporting our mission to make Kiwi lives a little better every day.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with high accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments regarding out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.
• Support the online order flow by keeping workstations tidy and stocked.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
