Online Assistant (Order Picking & Packing)

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online grocery orders for customers across the country. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery with accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Support the online fulfilment team to meet daily order targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
