About the role
The Te Au Reka programme is transforming New Zealand's justice system through a new digital case management solution. As a Learning Facilitator you will deliver high‑quality learning experiences to a wide range of stakeholders, including Ministry leaders, judiciary, legal professionals and third‑party providers.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate operational, technical and behavioural learning sessions both in‑person and virtually.
- Adapt delivery style to meet the needs of diverse audiences and ensure learning remains relevant.
- Support learners in building confidence and competence.
- Develop and refine learning resources such as workshop session plans and social‑learning initiatives.
- Travel nationally as required to deliver training across courts and tribunals.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience delivering learning or facilitation in a professional or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
- Proficiency in both virtual and face‑to‑face delivery methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Self‑management, organisational ability and willingness to travel nationally.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
