GTM Manager – AI Audio Platform

About the role

As a GTM Manager you will drive go‑to‑market initiatives for Vocalbeats’ AI‑powered audio platform, focusing on user acquisition, retention and activation. You will translate data‑driven insights into actionable strategies and collaborate across product, marketing and data teams in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligned with KPIs such as new user acquisition, retention rate and activation.
• Analyze quantitative data, conduct user interviews and market research to uncover user needs and behavior.
• Design and run A/B tests, validate new features in the market, and track post‑launch performance for continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, marketing and data teams to launch GTM projects, including new feature releases and cold‑start initiatives.

Required profile

• University students or graduates within 1.5 years of graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI or Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and structural analysis abilities.
• Business‑level English proficiency for multinational collaboration.
• Curiosity about AI and self‑motivation in a fast‑paced environment.
