Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will translate Red Bull's marketing plans into shopper‑focused trade activities that drive sales across off‑premise channels. You will work closely with local sales and brand teams to ensure the brand’s personality and values are reflected in every execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize trade marketing campaigns for the Off‑Premise team, aligning with channel managers and key accounts.
• Manage the trade marketing budget and provide data‑driven input into business planning.
• Coordinate creative development for POS materials, oversee agency relationships, and ensure compliance with global guidelines.
• Handle retail media programmes and spend, including partnerships with Cartology (Woolworths) and Precision Media (Foodstuffs).
• Conduct regular field briefings with Regional Sales Managers, train field teams on best practices, and perform post‑campaign analysis.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, identify opportunities, and use analytical insights to improve trade activities.
• Maintain health and safety standards in all trade marketing operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing, preferably with brand marketing exposure.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and sales processes.
• Proven project‑management abilities and experience working cross‑functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
