About the role

Join the team at JW Marriott Auckland as a Food & Beverage Service Expert. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, service areas, and supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), carrying, and moving equipment safely.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
