Customer Supply Manager

About the role

The Customer Supply Manager will join Nokia’s Mobile Infrastructure Supply Chain Management team, supporting the Mobile Networks business across the APAC region. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and operating end‑to‑end supply chain processes that enable customers to deploy new network technologies efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities with supply chain design, resource planning and logistics costing aligned to customer requirements.
• Manage supply chain business planning, including order intake, revenue execution, hardware demand and inventory planning.
• Execute efficient supply chain operations, delivering accurate delivery plans while meeting cost, quality and compliance targets.
• Perform demand planning for hardware based on customer input and rollout schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions for supply risks.
• Orchestrate order, delivery and invoicing management for hardware, software and services across all business scenarios.
• Lead DOP (Delivery Operations Planning) and Last Mile processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for supply chain complaints and escalations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Business Group supply chains on multi‑BG opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in supply chain management within a technology or telecom environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.
• Excellent customer focus and project management capabilities.
