About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer‑facing sales team in central Auckland. This is an entry‑level, on‑site position that requires no prior experience and provides full training to help you start a career in customer service and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and make telephone calls to customers and prospects.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain records of interactions in the company’s system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Grafton area.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
