Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Halter, you will be the trusted point of contact for farmers, delivering on‑farm support that matters. Working from our Auckland CBD office, you’ll handle inquiries and solve problems with judgement rather than scripts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to farmers via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues related to Halter’s products.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve service processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay on‑farm insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound judgement.
• Comfort communicating with agricultural customers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
