Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a leading financial services provider that specialises in taxi billing and expense management across New Zealand. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle order processing, refunds and reconciliations while supporting both customers and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders for voucher cards and books.
• Handle customer and merchant inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage account maintenance, reconciliations and refunds.
• Ensure all customer requests are actioned accurately and on time.
• Assist with office equipment maintenance and general duties.
• Participate in special projects and implement operational improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail or an office environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the business long‑term.
• Ability to follow company processes and adhere to legislative requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear criminal and credit history.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.

What we offer
