Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join the AA Driving School team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for members and customers, handling enquiries, maintaining up‑to‑date resources, and supporting the call centre staff to ensure a seamless driver‑training experience across Aotearoa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and professional service.
• Provide product knowledge, guidance and training materials to the call centre team.
• Prepare and present reports on customer trends, recommending process improvements.
• Keep internal systems, intranet resources and documentation accurate and usable.
• Collaborate with instructors, tutors and internal stakeholders to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Resilient, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (including pivot tables and V‑lookups is a plus).
• Comfortable using new technology and digital tools.
