About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Global Wave Group’s team in Albany, Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support through online chat and email while ensuring smooth communication across internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, addressing issues and answering questions promptly.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage daily sales‑related matters.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus.
- Fluency in English and any of Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Malay or Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, adaptability and a responsible work attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with team leaders to meet objectives.
- Willingness to work non‑standard New Zealand business hours.
