Casual Team Member – Customer Support

About the role

Join the Customer Support team at Albany Stadium Pool and be the first friendly face for visitors. As a Casual Team Member you will provide professional frontline service, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective, professional service to a diverse customer base.
• Handle face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries, providing accurate information.
• Perform cash handling and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Support opening and closing of the centre, covering early morning, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and enquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administration, communication and cash handling.
• Ability to use initiative to resolve issues quickly and positively.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
