About the role
ClearPoint is seeking an Operations Manager to own and drive the execution of its business operational function. Based in Auckland, you will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to ensure the company runs smoothly, securely, and continues to be a great place to work.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee facilities, office environment, and health & safety compliance.
- Manage corporate systems, sustainability initiatives, and corporate policies.
- Plan and deliver internal events, travel logistics, and employee experience programmes.
- Lead the ISO 27001 certification programme and ensure information security standards are met.
- Control budgets, govern SaaS spend, and make data‑driven cost decisions.
- Provide team leadership and foster a culture of proactive, automated ways of working.
- Collaborate across the leadership team to maintain operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management within a mid‑sized company, with end‑to‑end ownership of a function.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proactive, accountable mindset with a focus on automation and smarter processes.
