About the role
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at a leading electric‑vehicle automobile trading company in Kathmandu. The role involves managing reception activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and general inquiries promptly.
- Maintain front‑desk operations, including scheduling and liaison with other departments.
- Record customer interactions and showroom visits accurately.
- Support sales and administrative teams with follow‑up and coordination tasks.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Provide up‑to‑date information about products and services.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Good coordination, correspondence and organisational abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience in reception, front‑office or customer‑service roles is preferred.
- Background in showroom, automobile, retail or service sectors is an advantage.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
