About the role
The Auckland office of a global commercial real‑estate leader is seeking a proactive Office Manager to be the front‑of‑house hub for a 120‑person team. Working 25 hours per week across five days, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and with a welcoming personal touch.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming office environment.
- Handle invoicing, expense processing and national account administration.
- Organise social events and lead onboarding for new starters.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate local processes with national requirements to keep the hub operating at its best.
Required profile
- Warm, professional demeanor with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability and calmness in a fast‑paced setting.
- Initiative‑driven, able to work autonomously and anticipate problems.
- High standards for office quality and efficiency.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
